CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Sareewali, we take great pride in curating handloom and handcrafted pieces that are made with care and intention. As each product is created in limited quantities and often made to order, we request you to read our policies carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Within 12 Hours: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting with your order number(You may use our contact form or use the contact details available at the end of this page). A full refund will be initiated.
- Post 12 Hours: We do not accept cancellations once the order has been processed or dispatched.
2. Returns
As a brand working with delicate, artisanal textiles, we do not accept returns unless:
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at aditi@sareewali.shop with unboxing images and relevant details.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to accept or decline the return request after reviewing the claim and images shared.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only for approved return or cancellation requests. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to share your bank details for a direct bank transfer.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at the moment due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections.
Please Note
- Color variation due to screen settings or photography is not considered a defect.
- Minor irregularities or variations are part of the charm of handwoven and handcrafted textiles and not treated as defects.
- Sareewali reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
